PARTS DELIVERY
The service we use to send our goods depends on the weight, size, value and destination. We use Royal Mail or DPD generally. You will receive an email confirmation of your order. Tracking information will be sent to you if relevant. Some smaller items will be sent Royal Mail packet post and doesn’t always have tracking.
Our standard delivery charge for UK orders is £4.99, however in some instances when you get to check out you may see a higher cost than this, we have added extra compensation costs for higher value/special order items like Controllers, Batteries, Wheels & Tyres. You might also see a higher cost than £4.99 if non-mainland UK.
Kindly note, international shipping costs cover transportation only. Recipients are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
E400/E500/E700 DELIVERY
The service we use for the delivery of units, varies based on the bike and quantity ordered. For kids bikes (RFN Warriors), we typically use a DPD service. Most of the time DPD deliver next day for orders placed Monday-Thursday 12 noon.
LOCAL COLLECTION
For free local collection we will contact you to set a time that suits you. We can leave the bike in box or ready built up ready to go.
FREE LOCAL DELIVERY
Free local delivery is for bikes only. Local Delivery is a 40mile radius of Carlisle. We will contact you to set a time that suits you. We can deliver the bike in box or ready built up ready to go.
CUSTOMS
Kindly note, international shipping costs cover transportation only. Recipients are responsible for any customs duties or taxes. Thank you.
WARRANTY
All products supplied are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship. We will repair or replace, free of charge, any pieces we recognise to be faulty. Said goods have to be returned, free, to our warehouse, packing and duties included. We make no other warranty of any kind, whether expressed or implied and do not take any responsibility for consequential damages involved in the use of the products, even if defective.
SHORTAGES AND DAMAGED GOODS
Shortages or damaged goods must be advised within 48 hours of receipt of the parcel and all damaged packaging, including the box should be retained. If received damaged goods/parcel/packet via any courier please ensure that they are signed as damaged upon removal. Also a good idea to photograph damage.
